Our Story
In 2018, Donna Lubben returned to the horse industry after a hiatus, during which she dedicated herself to raising her children. Donna’s deep-rooted connection to the Saddlebred industry spurred her reentry into the world of horses.
Her journey began with acquiring a mare from Randy Sullivan’s Training Center Inc., a Saddlebred/Arabian cross. This experience ignited Donna’s passion for Arabian breeds, setting the stage for what would eventually become the vision behind Midwest Stud Services.

Randy Sullivan Training Center
Midwest Stud Services operates out of Randy Sullivan Training Center. In 1975, Randy created an Arabian horse training program focused on achieving excellence through dedication and patience, qualities he instills in both horses and clients. The Randy Sullivan Training Center, located just 15 minutes from the Illinois State Fairgrounds, is a full-service horse farm that offers a tailored program to meet diverse needs and expectations.
Randy is renowned for his unwavering patience and dedication, particularly in his successful youth and amateur program. RSTC has garnered numerous accolades, including National Top Tens, Reserve Champions, and National Champions. We are proud to partner with them and grow our own list of accomplishments alongside RSTC.
